Service Charter
Through the Service Charter Metha Group intends to inform its users about the services offered and the delivery mode of the same.
The Charter of IT services is primarily an important instrument of transparency and information, both concise and complete, to guide Members in the activities and services offered.
The objectives of the Service Charter are the improvement of the relationship between user and provider of services and improvement of quality of services offered.
To measure the services we have identified, specific quality indicators and for each one we have established service standards to keep under control in compliance with the expectations of the users and of their potential.
The Charter is therefore an important tool to continuously improve the quality of service, while the User is an opportunity to monitor the effective implementation of the commitments undertaken by the Company, in addition to being a means to foster communication and collaboration.
We maintain a constant work of verification and control of the services provided and on the answers to the needs expressed by users, in order to continuous improvement of quality standards.
